JOB DESCRIPTION
Learn and apply fundamental AI technologies, focusing on NLP and LM basics.
Support the design, development, and fine-tuning of AI models, particularly in NLP.
Assist in implementing optimization techniques like quantization and parallelism.
Collaborate with the R&D team on AI projects and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Foundational knowledge of NLP and AI concepts.
Strong enthusiasm for learning and growing in the AI and NLP fields.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.
Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) models is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Availability for a full-time internship is highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Generate and process new projects as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with SotaTek's services.
Arrange appointments between clients and the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries via emails, texts, and phone calls.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
Third-year, fourth-year students or fresh graduates in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Language proficiency (minimum requirement): Japanese N2 or Korean TOPIK 3.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sales and technology.
Prior experience in sales or IT is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
