JOB DESCRIPTION
Generate and process new projects as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with SotaTek's services.
Arrange appointments between clients and the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries via emails, texts, and phone calls.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Third-year, fourth-year students or fresh graduates in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sales and technology.
Prior experience in sales or IT is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
