Overview
The Assistant to CEO would be a confident and polished individual who will bring a highly professional to the job, with a strong and efficient communication style. She should be able to interact positively and diplomatically with a wide range of senior executives, as well as with Board members and other key partners. Someone who is a perfectionist is on top of every detail and sees things through an executive's eyes and the company's overall goals.
The executive position will be expected to work extensively for at least 02 years and should have prior experiences related to the JD below.
Job descriptions
Company management: Join the CEO in different meetings with teams; Collect team reports and summaries; and set up and manage team's and individual's performances, based on OKRs setup at the beginning of each quarter.
Product developments: Support the CEO & product teams in various research tasks related to product experiment, analysis and writeups
Organizational Design
Work directly with the CEO in top-level management jobs, including designing management structures, positions, and roles.
Content & Media publications: Writing content about products, company cultures, and others assigned by the CEO.
Other tasks assigned by CEO: Support the CEO on other daily routines if any.
Requirements
Very good or above bachelor's degree in business or technology fields.
Must have at least 1 year of professional experience.
Good command of English.
Specialized Math/Informatics/Science in high school is preferred.
Strong communication and organization skills.
A good listener.
Confident, trustful, and committed.
Have good people skills.
