* Supervisory responsibilities:
- Manages Support Team staff who are responsible for billing, collections, payroll, expense, etc...
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
* Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Guides, checks transaction & document daily carefully and exactly before recording on the system.
- Manages the accounting system and ledger and formulates accounting policies and procedures.
- Checks financial document and sign delivery note & e-invoices.
- Makes VAT, PIT declaration monthly and FCT (if any) and be in charge of VAT refund.
- Makes month-end settlement, internal reports after closing, and propose action plans.
- Be company representative working with Vietnam tax authorities, auditing.
- Performs other related duties as nesccesary or assigned.
* Required skills/ abilities:
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (S-ERP).
* Experience requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Working experience; >=5 years.
- Must have good communication in English or Korean,
- Energetic, active, sociable and well-communitive person.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork, self-disciplined, high sense of responsibility.
