This position is open to candidates in Da Nang .
In this position, you will have an overview about the inbound industry which focuses on the Inbound market, what Inbound travellers expect from us and how we can provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam.
Your Day-to-Day
Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries
Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents
Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
Support Team in update data into Tourplan software
Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide
REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for
4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
Good attitude, and able to work as part of a team
University internship recommendation letter covering the internship period.

JOB DESCRIPTION
How you'll make an impact
This position is open to candidates in Hanoi City.
In this role, the Intern will support the Tour Guide Department by reviewing, verifying, and updating information in our Local Guide Database to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Your Day-to-Day
● Assist in reviewing and verifying existing tour guide profiles to make sure all information is accurate and up to date.
● Help update important details such as license status, destinations the guide can cover, and languages they can speak.
● Organize and upload any missing documents, such as profile photos or certifications, to complete each guide's file.
● Support in collecting information from new guides and entering their profiles into the system accurately.
REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for
4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field / Available 3+ days/week.
Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
Good attitude, and able to work as part of a team
University internship recommendation letter covering the internship period.
