JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts at F.Learning Studio. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Plan & Develop the company's marketing communications strategy.
Oversee and implement communications campaigns on digital platforms with potential customers in the global market and generate ongoing revenue streams.
Conduct SEO efforts on-page and off-page to ensure the company's websites performance
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Collaborate with Content Creators in preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Conduct tests, analyze data, and come up with actionable insights for the online marketing efforts
Manage consistent communications of the marketing message with the internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team members to produce communications materials.
Monitor and develop reports for campaigns and maximize ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
The main challenge for this position:
Finding the best way to understand quickly the global market for animation, animation service offerings, and our target audiences (especially in learning & training)
Planning and executing marketing activities with limited resources
Understanding the company website, measuring and improving marketing performance
How to overcome the challenges:
Age: 25-30 Years old (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, etc. is an advantage, though other degrees are often acceptable, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
2+ years of marketing experience, proven B2B marketing experience is a plus
You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
Positive, can-do attitude, ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who will feel happy & full-of-energy to meet our clients from all over the world and desire to win their hearts.
A typical day for our account executive
Build up intensive knowledge about our services: animation and animation for the global market
Respond to new requests, prepare proposals, offer consultations and follow up with potential customers (via emails and online meetings)
Research and examine new opportunities. Maintain good relationships with current clients and new prospects
Manage client's expectations, timelines, and payment of all ongoing projects
Coordinating with the production team to provide client insights and ensure product quality
Coordinating with the marketing team on required activities to help improve marketing approach (client reports, research, insights analysis). Providing the marketing team with market and customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
Maintaining lists of client databases, project [protected info]
Other tasks under the requirements of the Account Manager or General Manager
REQUIREMENTS

Digging client needs and insights for the best consultation
Developing networks and relationships that required a strong business sense

1+ years of experience working as an Account Executive or similar roles is a plus.(such as Business Development Executive)
Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients
Willing-to-learn attitude
Strong communication skills, has interests in communications, negotiations and build relationship
Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
