JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
· Create content for website blog, social media posts, appearances in traditional media (press, news websites, radio, tv). Articles, press releases, photography, infographics, video, etc.. and assist in updating different channels (website, blog, social media, .. )
· Participate with creative ideas and execution support for campaigns in different channels (email, sms, print, social, traditional media) to promote services and brand in collaboration with the digital marketing specialist
· Evaluate and improve understanding needs, channels and events of target groups (long and short term foreigners, Vietnamese population and partner organization (schools, embassies, chambers of commerce,) through desk and research and surveys to develop new services, find new areas of business and build partnerships
· Monitor and analyze all communication channels
· Understand, report and build system to analyze effects of marketing efforts (events, media, campaigns, partnerships, .. )
· Event marketing: ensure communications and improve impact before, during and after events and represent the company at events
· Admin tasks like managing stock and ordering of marketing material (brochures, banners, goodies, ..), organization of logistics for events, conferences, etc
· Perform other assignments as assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirement
· 3 years experience in creating content and channel or community management for strong brands, preferably in the service industry, with both B2C as B2B background
· Creative thinker with great writing skills and ideas about supporting those with impactful images
· Curious mindset with analytic skills to understand customers and market and the impact of marketing efforts
· Self-starter contributing novel ideas and own initiatives regarding content, communication channels, campaigns, events.. Team player and great relationship building skills
· Energetic and enthusiastic participant of events, with ability to reach out to different age groups and cultural backgrounds (from expat children to elderly locals)
· Flexible in working hours (may require weekend work at events)
· Experience in design and/or photo retouching software is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Greet patients,
advice patients of consultation fees, after hour's charges, Public holiday
charges & specialist services & charges. Obtain insurance information
& any other necessary data, make sure every patient is treated; monitor
& ensure an efficient flow of patient in/out including consultation, nurse
triage, imaging, lab test, pharmacy and cashier.
• Answer
multiple-line phones, emails, use booking online, traditional booking in order
to ensure effective use of doctor and patient time, reschedule, cancel
appointments, response to patients' questions and provide accurate information
when requested. Make sure that patients are provided advance information
pertinent to visit (i.e., co-pays due, bringing insurance cards, arriving early
for registration/check-in, etc.)
• Inform patients'
on-time on any changes of schedule.
• Liaise with
doctors, nursing staff, and insurance claims department.
• Translate/
Interpret for doctors and patients when needed.
• Process payment
and issue/correct/modify/cancel invoices.
• Explain practice
arrangements and requirements for new and existing patients; give new patients
the "new patient package".
• Manage requests
for home / hotel visits as part of emergency call service, including all
relevant information. Deal efficiently in timely manner with emergency
situations.
• Ensure that all
patient interactions are dealt with confidentially and any confidential
paperwork is dealt with in accordance with practice protocol.
• Ensure patients
have access to any relevant leaflets & support services in relating to
their hospitalization.
• Be the front line
of customer service; take initiative to resolve problems of unsatisfied
patients in order to enhance the patient experience satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:

Holder
of a diploma or equivalent degree.

Customer
relation/interaction background would be an advantage.

At
least three years' experience in customer relation/interaction, preferably at
Foreign Service companies or in the healthcare/service industry.

Fluency
in English and Vietnamese is a must.

problem solving skills and ability to handle conflicts.
