JOB DESCRIPTION
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the recruitment function: screen CV, post job advertisements and arrange interviews.
Preparing for the interviews: book rooms, contact candidates, welcome candidates...
Working on recruitment projects and tasks as assigned.
Developing database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
Coordinating company's events organized by HR Department.
Involve in promoting employer branding.
Other tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
3. REQUIREMENTS
Senior or freshly graduated students in major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics or related major.
Interest in working with people, especially IT Recruitment.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email...
Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
Having networking in IT field is preferred.
Ability to organize and arrange works.
