JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the Human Resources Department of ITL Freight Management - Northern Branch in activities related to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits (tax, social insurance, labor contracts), and Internal Engagement.
Assist with data entry into the HR management system.
Arrange and manage employee onboarding documents.
Support the design of communication materials for recruitment and internal communication activities.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields.
Available for full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and CapCut.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Good English communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who are outgoing, dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic.
