With the fruitful development of Gear Inc, we are looking for 01 Junior Accountant to work in Hanoi. You will do both financial and management accounting work. The details work are as the followings:
Input accounting data into the system (using Misa accounting software)
Track and reconcile AR & AP, report customers' payments
Monitor, review and ensure billings to customers are performed timely and accurately
Monitor accounts receivables aging and following up on long-overdue payment.
Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis
Prepare all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and all other taxes etc.) and other reports to the government organization
Liaise and deal with tax authorities, bankers
Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
Update for changes in tax regulations and the Vietnamese accounting system
Making internal spreadsheets and reports for Directors
Making profit and loss spreadsheets according to the aims of the Directors
Other related tasks as requested by direct managers
Requirements
Graduated university in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related fields
Must be able to work with native English speakers (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
Knowledge of VAS and tax regulations
Good skills in MS office, especially excel
Having experiences in using Misa software is a plus
Has a good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
Be able to learn new things as a fast learner
Trustworthy, careful and organized
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure
