JOB DESCRIPTION
We are
looking for a Junior C&B Assistant, who will help C&B Executive to
complete tasks related to social insurance, keep track of labor contract extension
and some other compensation and benefits management tasks.
WORK
LOCATION: Hanoi office
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.
Compensation
and Benefit management
·
Contract
Management:
- Follow up Labor contract and
Appendix in order to prepare or renew contract if any;
- Store, check, and update employees'
profiles (both hard copy and digital information on internal system).
·
Leave
Administration:
-
Follow
up and manage all leave matters on internal Efficient Time system: Annual
leave, Sick leave, Maternity leave, personal leave, etc.;
-
Provide
the data of overused/unused leave for the salary calculation.
·
Overtime
(OT) Management:
-
Collect
monthly OT forms and compare with the data on internal Efficient Time system to
ensure the accuracy;
-
Update
OT report and provide the accurate OT data for the salary calculation.
·
Personal
Income Tax (PIT):
-
Register
PIT code for newbies and dependent registration;
-
Prepare
PIT finalization certification for employees upon request.
·
Social
Insurance and other Healthcare package:
- Responsible for monthly process of
Social Insurance: register new staffs, decrease resigned staffs, update changes
on salary/position, sickness/maternity claim form;
- Issue the termination
decision/letter/liquidation and follow to close Social Insurance Book on time;
- Follow up with AON - Insmart Healthcare
package according to the current policy: register new staffs and decrease
resigned staffs, calculate fees, etc;

Other
Administration:
-
Create and
update employee account information on the internal system;
- Inform Trade Union about employees'
situations (if any): Wedding, Condolence, Sickness, Childbirth, etc.;
- Assist in the preparation of all the
necessary documents and send them to the consulting company to apply for
Expat's visa and work permit;
- Prepare and give feedback for any
concerns related to Insurance, contract, leave, etc.;
- Remind and follow employee to log in
weekly and monthly timesheet on time;
- Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bachelor's
degree, major in Business Administration, Accounting, Law... or equivalent;
·
01
year working experience in HR, C&B function is preferable;
·
Having
knowledge of labor code, insurance law and regulations;
·
Experience
in IT software is an advantage;
·
Good
at English, both speaking and writing;
·
Excellence
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet;
·
Personal
profile: hard-working, supportive, pro-active and well-organized, careful,
result-oriented, willing to learn and patient for excellence.
