Scope of Work
Assist in Company's
administrative activities including but not limited to:
1. Logistical
Support
- Providing assistance in receiving and
dispatching correspondence (including letters, email, telephones etc.).
- Providing logistical support such as hotel
booking and travel arrangement.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment and
researching new deals/suppliers for the office; maintaining an overview of
company assets and inventory.
2. Document
Management
- Supporting office and project filing and
storage management.
3. Invoicing
and Payment
Support
- Supporting follow-ups of payments and
invoicing documents from vendors.
4. Communications
Support
- Providing supports in maintenance of project's social
media accounts and website, including but not limited to using WordPress to
upload project events, content creating & translation.
- Supporting arrangement and execution of PR events
held by the Company.
5. Market and Project Development Support
- Translation of official documents or project materials
in Vietnamese and English.
- Ad-hoc support in preparation of materials for
the project development work.
6. Practical
assistance and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Preferably
university students or recent graduates with long-term (over 1 year) commitment
to the position.
- Can work
at least 20 hours a week (half-day shifts, from Monday to Friday), subject to
final offer.
- Have great
computer skill, communication, analytical skill, and team spirit.
- Be fluent
in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Teamwork
oriented, passionate, energetic, good work ethic, and can work on flexible
hours as requested.
- Can start
the job in May.
