JOB DESCRIPTION
Process competitor research and market research to keep up with changes and trends within the SEO field.
Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
Conduct user research to empathize with and understand the users' problems
Provide solutions to improve the product (including functionality and UI-UX tasks)
Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with different teams (Customer support team,
Designers, and Development team) to ideate possible solutions to meet the user's needs.
Write related documentation
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong mindset for product development (especially Saas products)
Strong research skills to explore user and market insight
Proficiency in Google Analytics, familiarity with metric analytics, and other marketing tools are highly preferred.
Experience in SEO is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to decide the best solution for new product features or improvements
Have a strong understanding of user interactions and user interface design
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to cooperate with other departments within the organization
