🌟 What Will You Learn at Moonpie?
As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern at Moonpie Global, you will work alongside the team to develop multi-channel retention marketing strategies (Email, SMS, Loyalty, etc.) aimed at increasing customer retention and driving revenue growth for global eCommerce brands.
You will gain hands-on experience throughout the entire process:
Planning → Execution → Analysis → Optimization using platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, and real-world marketing automation systems.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing Retention Marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Loyalty, etc.)
Participate in building and managing lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-purchase, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, revenue, etc.) and suggest improvements
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaign performance
Coordinate with the Design and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth campaign deployment
Research customer insights and apply them across different stages of the customer journey
Stay updated on the latest trends in retention and lifecycle marketing
✅ Requirements
Able to work full-time onsite in Hanoi
Strong English reading and writing skills (IELTS 6.0+ preferred)
Logical thinking, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
Good self-management skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Quick to identify customer insights and adapt to multi-platform trends
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for
digital marketing, especially Email/SMS marketing or eCommerce
Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo or Omnisend is a plus (not required)
Experience using AI tools to support work tasks is an advantage
