JOB DESCRIPTION
Continuously receive forecast demand and communicate with production planning team to prepare materials, resources for production
Check and monitor new project progress, summarize and
report to director periodically
Monitor production progress and handle any potential delays of shipment
Lead the shipping process, work with relevant
departments (quality, production, packaging, logistic)
to prepare sufficient goods and documents for the qualified shipments
Communicate with customers (via emails/conference meetings) to discuss demand, development status, production progress, and other problems; response
to request from customers
Coordinate preparation for guests visit to the company
Update sales forecast/result, KPIs and follow customer's payment schedule
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University
At least 2-year experience in project planning (manufacturing companies preferred)
Good command of English
Good computer skills, especially Excel
Able to work under high pressure
Careful, hard-working, good sense of responsibility,
commitment

Good command of English (4 skills: Reading, listening, writing,
