Responsibilities
-
Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts
reconciliation, and invoice processing;

Support for preparing financial reports and statements;

Assist with audits and tax preparation;

Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, timesheet review, and pay
calculation;

Prepare and distribute paychecks and other payroll-related documents;
-
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-
Enrolled in an accredited accounting program or a recent graduate with an
accounting degree (Academy of Finance, National Economics University, etc.);

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:
This
is a paid internship position. The intern will work 5 days per week (from 9 am
to 6 pm). The internship will last for a minimum of 6 months and can be
extended depending on the needs of the company and the intern's performance.
The
internship will be located at our office [Floor 9, Epic Tower, Alley 19 Duy Tan
Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam].
The
ideal candidate is eager to learn and gain experience in the accounting &
payroll field. The intern should be able to work independently and as part of a
team and should be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
