Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Hanoi Capital Region for a Human Resources Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including implementing HR management strategies, developing HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing personnel management activities and ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
Experience with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region with attention to detail and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in regional labor laws and compliance is an advantage
