JOB DESCRIPTION
Participants of Crossian Talent Internship Program (CTIP) are offered a guaranteed internship opportunity at a fast-growing and results-focus technology company. During this internship, you get to enhance your skills and put your studies into practice.
First-round interview: Our selection process has 2 stages. First-round interviews will be arranged as non-live video assessment. If you are selected to this stage, you will receive an invitation via email within 7 days after you submit your CV.
Final interview: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual or on-site interview with hiring manager. There will be a 15 mins writing test after the interview.
Final decision: We will make the final decision within 7 days after the final interview. You will be notified by our recruitment team via email or phone.

REQUIREMENTS
A student in the last year of Bachelor's studies or fresh graduates
Proficiency in English, IELTS 6.5++
Good logical and critical thinking
Data driven mindset

Ability to commit to a Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)

As a Content Specialist, you are in charge of researching the right target audiences to generate the most effective online content, including social media ad content and product descriptions. You will work with our in-house teams (Design, Editing, Performance Marketing, etc.) to help make your ideas a reality, then report the performance of your content to our Marketing Manager.

Researching the US market and its customers to pick the right products to sell online.
Planning and executing an effective content strategy.
Scripting ad images and videos, and working closely with the Video and Graphics team to produce ad content for your products.
Writing and editing ad copies for your products.
Creating different A/B test options to choose the most effective content.
Tracking and analyzing different metrics to optimize the performance of your content.
Working with in-house teams to keep track of your products.
Conducting weekly performance reports of your content.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of experience in content marketing or digital
marketing.
Proven track record of
social content and product content creation (image, video, copy).
Excellent English reading
and writing skills. IELTS is at least 6.5.
Ability to prioritize,
plan and manage tasks effectively.
Ability to collaborate
with teams.
Ability to present and
communicate ideas effectively.
A consummate professional
with experience in a deadline-driven environment, a quick learner,
self-motivated, and an eye for details.
Good research and
analytical skills. Capable of processing and presenting data.
Experience in eCommerce,
Facebook ads, email marketing or YouTube marketing is a plus.
A proficient mindset in

JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer and address a high volume
of incoming email/chat inquiries relating to product issues, sale policy,
orders status in a professional and courteous manner
Provide high levels of customer satisfaction - displaying
patience and empathy towards customers who represent different cultures and
backgrounds from US
Identify, escalate issues to the higher-level management when
necessary
Partner with sales and fulfillment team to notify customers of
late supply or issues preventing on-time fulfillment and propose item
substitutions when required
Adhere to performance metrics to meet service level expectations
and assigned KPI
Participate in constructive quality feedback sessions with
management to improve performance
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Proficient in English listening, verbal and written
communication skills. Ielts above 6.5 or equivalent
1 years of experience in customer service support, preferable
candidates from E-commerce company like Tiki, Lazada, Shopee or with experience
in Start up Environment
Have sought knowledge of customer service practices and
principles
Have CRM experience is strongly desired
Experience with support applications like Freshdesk, Zendesk,

Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
Ability to establish rapport with the client
