Participants of Crossian Talent Internship Program (CTIP) are offered a guaranteed internship opportunity at a fast-growing and results-focus technology company. During this internship, you get to enhance your skills and put your studies into practice.
First-round interview: Our selection process has 2 stages. First-round interviews will be arranged as non-live video assessment. If you are selected to this stage, you will receive an invitation via email within 7 days after you submit your CV.
Final interview: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual or on-site interview with hiring manager. There will be a 15 mins writing test after the interview.
Final decision: We will make the final decision within 7 days after the final interview. You will be notified by our recruitment team via email or phone.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented junior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The junior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Daily bookkeeping on accounting software, depending on the role
Reconcile bank transactions daily, ensure the data on the accounting book is tally with the bank statements.
Reconcile and control the company's monthly fixed expenses (utility, office rental, stationery, ...)
Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role.
Reconcile, summarize, and prepare quarterly VAT, yearly CIT declarations and make remittances for all kinds of tax
Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/ Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or higher.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Accountant
Detail-oriented, highly focused, open-minded and well analytical
Excel skill level intermediate
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.0++ or TOEIC 750++
Experience in Quickbooks accounting software is an advantage.
Experience in trading/ e-commerce companies is an advantage.
