Job Description
Work Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam
Salary: USD $10,812 /Per Year

Duties
Incumbent of this position will manage the delivery, issuance, storage, disposal and inventory control of expendable supplies. The incumbent will be in the General Services Office (GSO) and under the supervision of the GSO Supply Supervisor. The incumbent will maintain appropriate levels of stock, reordering expendable items when stock is low and shelving stock after shipments are received. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing warehouse operations for expendables and ensuring the warehouse supply room is clean, orderly and well maintained at all times.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
At least two (2) years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property/supply management is required.
Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing operations and/or property/expendables management.
Knowledge in computerized inventory and stock control data programs.
Knowledge of local vendors and their procedures.
Completion of high school (grade 12) is required.
Evaluations:
Language:
Good working knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. (This will be tested.)
Good working knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing Vietnamese is required.
Skills and abilities:
Strong recordkeeping, technical, administrative skills and attention to details.
Computer competencies including basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. (23kg) under Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Unique Conditions of Work Allowance: 7% of Annual basic salary (subject to review every two years).
Miscellaneous Benefits Allowance: US$1,000 per annum for FSN-09 and below, and US$3,000 per annum for FSN-10 and above.
