JOB DESCRIPTION
Approach Air conditioner project customer,
dealer, installer to offer maintenance, repair, installation and other services
to enhance service income
Co-operate closely with Sales team to
promote service sales and bundle service & machine at the time of machine
sales
Co-operate
with technical team to solve issue, enhance customer satisfaction, build
relationship and provide services to AC customer
Develop new channel and solutions for customer
REQUIREMENTS
College
graduation or above in the field of Air conditioner system, HVAC, Thermal or
related
Having
at least 1-2 years working with project customer as project
consultant, service sales, construction supervisor, T/C
Good
communication skills, open manner and business style
Experience
in direct sales, sales support, service sales or solution consultant is
priority
English communication skills

Import Executive (Temp 8 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Import shipment processing:
To receive shipment information from logistics parties/factories then updating to control table
Checking draft invoice, packing list, draft C/O then confirm with factories to proceed submission
Sending draft shipping documents to forwarders then double checking and giving confirmation
Working with related departments (Marketing, factories, product regulation compliance) to get information about the import products (if any)
To follow shipment schedules from pre-shipment to ETD
To update final import documents to forwarders and to arrange quality inspecting registration by forwarders
To follow with forwarders to process E-customs declaration
Arranging shipment delivery to Panasonic warehouse, customer warehouse, re-use containers
To update customs lead time and delivery for shipments
To proceed Insurance claim for damaged products of shipments
2. Report and KPI
To follow Import SOP and KPI
To control KPI of customs lead time
To make weekly, monthly report
3. Other jobs as assigned from direct supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Having knowledge of Vietnamese import- export laws, customs regulations, quality inspecting registration for imports
Experienced in handling electric home appliances
SAP experience is preferable
Working experience in logistics company is preferable
Good analytic & calculation skill, including MS office skills
Good at English for working
