POSITION TITLE: SALES ONLINE INTERN
Vigofit is seeking Sales Online Intern, who will be largely responsible for increasing online sales according to targets and ​​ attracting potential customers through online channels. You are required to assist in optimizing the online sales process, reducing return, cancellation rates and improving customer satisfaction levels.
Report to: Sales Manager

1/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect and develop potential customers through online channels such as social media (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, etc.), e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.), forums, websites, etc.
Consult and introduce products/services to customers in a professional and effective manner through messages, chats, phone calls, etc.
Answer customer questions and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
Close deals and track payment progress.
Update product information, promotional programs, and marketing activities of the company.
Report sales performance as required.

2.2/ Academic requirements:
You must be above 18 years of age.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.
