JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as Secretary
to General Manager, providing secretarial and administrative support. Provide
secretarial support to other Executive Committee Members i.e Director of Sales
& Marketing. Coordinate and support Hotel Secretaries, as needed.
Coordinate
and arrange all activities relating to the General Manager's office. Liaise with the Executive Committee, Department
Heads, and Staff of the Hotel.
Co-ordinate
guest recognition program to ensure appropriate welcome greeting and amenities
in place for guest history guests and VIPs - in conjunction with Front Office/
Sales & Marketing Department
The
Executive Secretary will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous,
safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and
procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Level
High school or equivalent education preferred.
Language Proficiency
Must
be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in
the workplace.
Skills
·
Must be able to read and write to
facilitate the communication process.
·
Requires good communication skills, both
verbal and written.
·
Must possess basic computational
ability.
·
Must possess excellent computer skills.
Experience
Previous
experience in an office required. Some
public contact experience desired.
