About the role:
As the Executive, HR & Admin at KKday Vietnam, you will be responsible for:
Perform various administrative tasks and
Support our HR department's daily operations and
Assist in coordinating full-cycle of recruitment and employee engagement activities

Job Description:
Talent Acquisition
Full-cycle recruitment for intern/freelancer and junior roles
Talent pipelines
Employee Activities and Employer Branding
Assist in holding employee engagement activities: team outing, monthly birthday celebrations, happy lunch etc
Participating in developing company culture: quarterly Town Hall, Core Value champion, etc
Collaborate with regional team on Linkedin post (calendar+content)
HR Operations
Update and maintain employee masterfiles and records
Assist with new hire pre-employment duties and onboarding/offboarding
Statutory/medical insurance enrollment/ending
Employee attendance record
Office Management
Petty cash management
Office payments and management
Laptop inventory check and update monthly
Assist in other routine administrative tasks

At least 1 year experience in HR field (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Have passion for Human Resources and Office Management
Good command of English
