Dentsu Sports Vietnam (DSV) is a newly established sports marketing specialized agency with specialists who's been working in Vietnam's football industry for more than 11 years. DSV's parent company Dentsu Inc. is an exclusive marketing partner of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) since 2011 and been in partnership with Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) since 2012 too. As Football is a king of sports in Vietnam, our business is mainly based in football sponsorship and other related activities.
Dentsu Sports Vietnam, previously Sports Department of Dentsu X Vietnam, together with Dentsu Inc's Sport Division, Football Business Asia Department has been offering a full range of professional marketing services focused mainly in football in whole ASEAN region. We have been in the market for more than 9 years and became sports marketing specialized agency who holds exclusive marketing rights of the Vietnam National Teams.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Assisting in Account management
Planning of activities: marketing activities of client: events, campaigns, etc.
Assisting in monitoring sponsors' benefits in the Sponsorship packages (at the stadium for football matches also other marketing activities proposed by clients)
Management and operation of football related events: work directly with football federations and other organizations, negotiate and follow up with projects, work with football clubs and arrange players for sponsors events and commercial shootings, etc.
Working with overseas agencies & other sports organizations: work and coordinate on organizing football matches and events.
Assisting in managing and preparing essential paperwork.
Domestic & overseas business trips when required.
Other assignments from line manager or Company
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Age: >= 23
Have advertising/ marketing agency experience
Good presentation and communication skills
Excellent at English in both speaking and writing
MS Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook are a must.
Basic knowledge of Fan Page management; online advertising and photoshop is a plus
Be sensitive and flexible in working and communicating with different type of companies/ parties (Overseas/ Government/ Football Federation)
Good at teamwork: ability to socialize and synchronize with team members.
Problem solving skills: ability to understand points of problem and ability to find solutions to solve, eliminate points, which raising these problems.
Planning & event management skills: skill to brainstorm and proposed new ideas for client's marketing activities, etc.
Basic Knowledge of football is preferable: scheme of federations and organizations, clubs, leagues, etc.
Can stand strong pressure: ability to bare stressful situation during projects, stand pressure, complaints from clients' side and line manager, ability not to panic and accept situation as it is and face difficulties to solve together with team, line manager.
Good at self & time managements
