I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Industrial & Logistics Services Department.
Collect, analyze and organize information for leasing purpose
Apply marketing, digital tools to promote industrial project
Assist Marketing events; assist with other internal events as requested
Be responsible for communication email, and to support paperwork tasks
Make internal reports, process and proposals
Complete general administrative tasks
II. WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, graduates, post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
Work full time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) (Fulltime candidates only)
Senior student or fresh graduate in Business program or related filed are welcome.
Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer, certificates...)
Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful.
Good communication and interpersonal skill and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel...)
Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English is a must.
Fluent in Chinese is a plus
Willing to commit to the internship full-time period for at least 3 to 6 months.

Monthly internship allowance + additional support: parking fee.
