The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst works within the Manufacturing Operations team to support stakeholders managing eero's EMS suppliers, Forward and Reverse Logistics, and Planning. The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst will manage the team's Procure to Pay process, implement and enforce scalable processes to support eero's growth, and recommend data backed optimizations to our supply chain to save cost and improve service. We're looking for a candidate with a highly analytical mind, has experience with systems and large data sets, and is constantly thinking about how to make things work better.
Key job responsibilities
Develop Supply Chain systems improvement and automation to support new business initiatives and scale existing processes by scoping and creating Business Requirements for new use cases, driving planning and prioritization of tool development, and partnering with the Business Systems team for implementation.
Own eero's systemic serialized transaction traceability process from factory to end customer, developing validation processes to ensure data accuracy, deep diving issues and resolving errors.
Conduct quantitative and strategic analysis on supply chain data sets, including shipments, inventory, and returns. Develop metrics and provide recommendations to improve cost and SLAs.
Act as a buyer for the manufacturing operations team by owning the Procure to Pay process with our Manufacturing Partner vendors - Placing and managing Purchase Orders, Receipts, Auditing Invoices
Develop and manage drop shipment processes for international Distributors and 3PLs
Conduct strategic, quantitative and deep-dive data/information analytics to lead the development, execution, implementation and support of innovative programs, process/road maps, frameworks and objectives that improves operation processes, procurement controls, and inventory management systems.
Create and manage parts in eero's business systems databases
Create, document and enforce eero policies and procedures with eero's distributor partners.
Basic Qualifications
Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (Netsuite a plus)
Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA and Macros, Index Match etc..)
Experience with Procure to Pay systems (COUPA a plus)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience managing and performing analysis on large data sets
