JOB DESCRIPTION
Overseas Procurement: Order components and finished goods, manage purchase orders and suppliers via SAP.
Data Management: Maintain purchasing data on SAP and Excel; generate related reports.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with Logistics and SIOP/S&OP to ensure on-time delivery and optimize inventory levels.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms; draft and manage supplier contracts.
Quality Control: Coordinate with QA/QC to handle supplier complaints and claims.
Product Development: Partner with R&D and QA for new product and new supplier development.
Other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
Familiar with Microsoft office software and good at Excel
Logical and systematic approach to work
Experience in SAP is an advantage
At least 1 year of experience in procurement/purchasing preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Timely and accurate sales order processing under company compliance and policy,
including proactive management of backlogs and communication on status of delivery.
- Providing estimated materials available date following Project request, improve products
availability with Regional SCM supports according to the customer's request date.
- Following up all customer complaints with vendors, including but not limited to customer
Claim defect replacement, Short shipped, Wrong Shipped and ensure that the Credit note
has been issued.
- Following up the whole ordering process from customer inquiry to order placement,
logistics arrangement, invoicing, delivery, and following up on outstanding payments and
final payment.
- Report preparation as request and documents filing
- Support some reports/tasks regarding Regional Grohe OMT, Inventory Management
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management or related field
- Language: Must be fluent in English
- <1 year of sales support background related to industry experience
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, presentation capabilities
- Self-motivated and ability to work under stress
