Position:
Admin Intern (6 months)
Working Location (Temp): Lancaster Luminaire, 1152 Lang Street, Lang Ward
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Receptionist:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
2. Administrative Assistant:
Purchase stuffs for pantry: drinking water, coffee, tea, noodle, ...
Order office stationery and keep inventory of stock
Supervise tea lady, office cleaning, office management
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange car when receiving booking
Arrange travel and accommodations for business trip
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Support Admin staff prepare required documents relating to work permit, visa
Support Admin staff in preparing invoices for Overhead costs, updating records of office expenses and costs
Support for Company events, activities
3. Other Admin Tasks required by Line Manager.
Requirements
Possess a strong passion for administrative and reception roles.
Final-year University Student
Fresh graduate with associate's or bachelor's degree in related field is an advantage
Ability to use English both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Multitasking and time-management skills
Dynamic, details oriented.
Can work full time at least 6 months and start asap
