INTERNS' DUTIES:
Update candidate information in the database.
Translate job descriptions as needed.
Post job vacancies, review CVs, and prepare shortlists.
Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
Assist with the onboarding process.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Support employer branding activities if needed.
Requirements
Intern fulltime for 4-6 months.
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Business/ Economics/ Finance/ Commerce/ Hospitality/ Foreign Languages/ or other related fields.
Organized, confident, and detail-oriented.
Bonus if you have skills in content creation, editing, or photography.
Interested in Human Resources field.
Proficient in English.
WORKING LOCATION: Savills Hanoi Office at 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi, Vietnam
WORKING HOURS: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
