Leasing Consultant - Hanoi

Savills Hanoi is seeking the caliber person to take the role of Consultant for our commercial leasing team in Hanoi. This person will assist both sides (Tenant or Landlord) for their needs (filling up the vacancies premises, finding locations (existing and expanding), renewing lease terms, negotiating new terms and rent).

As a team member, you will be working with household names from overseas and from Vietnam, including real estate developers and multinational enterprises.
This position is perfect match if you are:
Fresh graduates or at early-stage career who is a caliber, dynamic, out-going, sales-oriented and ambitious individual
Excellent English and Vietnamese written and communication.
Confident to work with higher levels and any nationalities.
Social and networking lover.
Familiar with "revenue target pressure".
How to be a successful consultant:
Be confident to contact and retain the relationship with the very senior levels of enterprises, representative offices, embassies, and developers to aware of their existing and potential needs for premises lease.
Do everyday hundred cold calls, site visits, clients' meetings/ lunches, or dinners/drinks, networking during or after work.
Have capability to close deals with handling the entire process (Present potential sites, propose lease solutions, negotiate lease terms, consult the fit-out solutions to clients, etc.).
What we offer for a leasing consultant position:
Basic Salary: VND 8,000,000 per month. Annual review.
Commission: Uncapped 15% on revenue with no hurdle.
Business Travel: Covered by company (Grab, taxi).
