JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Business
Development - grow Ascott's portfolio in Vietnam via the following routes:
Investments
- brownfield or acquiring operating assets.
Management
contracts - management services on behalf of owners.
Franchise
- partnership with Owners with their own management team.
2) Asset
Management - proactively monitor asset performance and enhance asset yield:
Renovation/asset
enhancement/conversion.
Financing.
Work
with operations to resolve various issues e.g. regulatory, ownership, etc.
3) Partner
relations - actively engage existing/potential partners and maintain warm
relations.
4) General:
Perform
any additional duties or projects as directed by the Company.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators as set and
agreed to.
REQUIREMENTS
A. Qualifications:
Third-year/last-year students or fresh graduate
students in relevant fields of accredited universities.
B. Competencies:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Confidence, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Committed to working for 04 - 06 months.
