Job Description
Technical support and solution support for Overseas Sales energy and IDC product delivery and O&M;
Handles major product problems, and provides problem analysis reports.
Check power products before handovering it to customer (KCS)
Check power functions with customer and report functions that customer request to R&D, from that request, R&D will optimize power products.
Main Requirements
Proficiency in English or Chinese for technical communication and coordination.
University student or recent graduate in Electrics, Electronics and Telecommunication or related fields
Good team communication and coordination skills, excellent business planning and execution capabilities.
