established in 2006 in Thai Nguyen, is engaged in mineral exploitation and
logistics. Over the years, the company has steadily expanded its operations,
playing an increasingly important role in the energy supply chain in Vietnam
and across the region.
In the period of 2025-2026, Nam
Tien officially became a subsidiary of PSG Corporation Public Company Limited
(PSGC), a Thailand-based infrastructure and energy group. This strategic
integration marks a significant milestone, enabling the company to accelerate
project development and scale up its operations in the years ahead.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The
Accounts Payable (AP) is responsible for managing and processing all payable
transactions, ensuring timely, accurate payments and full compliance with the
company's financial policies and procedures.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Invoice & Payment Processing
-
Review,
verify, and record vendor invoices (services, operations, logistics, etc.)

Process
payments (bank transfer, cash, advance settlements) in a timely manner
-
Ensure
all supporting documents are complete and compliant prior to payment
2. Vendor Management
-
Maintain
vendor master data, contracts, and payment terms
-
Perform
periodic vendor reconciliation
-
Resolve
discrepancies and payment-related issues with vendors
3. Expense & Cost Control
-
Monitor
and control operational expenses (travel, logistics, fuel, warehouse, etc.)

Handle
staff advances and reimbursements
-
Support
cash flow tracking and budget monitoring
4. Reporting & Compliance
-
Prepare
AP aging reports on a weekly/monthly basis
-
Support
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
-
Ensure
compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Others
-
Support
internal and external audits
-
Perform
other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts
Payable or General Accounting
- Solid understanding of AP processes
and payment cycles
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table,
VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong sense
of responsibility
- Good communication skills, able to
work cross-functionally
Good
