Assist with daily sales and
business development operations.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales documents.
Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and filing systems.
Assist in responding to customer inquiries and following up on quotations and bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and prepare sales reports as assigned.
Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Able to commit to the internship period as required.
