📍ABOUT THE PROGRAM
From October 27th to November 11th, 2024 (program time), ABROADER will be hosting a study tour for students from Griffith University, Australia, a top 2% university worldwide. We're looking for a team of 6 local buddies based in Hanoi to join us!
📍WHAT YOU GAIN
As a local buddy, you can:
Sharpen vital work skills to prepare for your career: teamwork, organizational skills, communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, cross-cultural awareness, etc
Better your English proficiency
Participate in cultural immersive activities with international students
Have a chance to plan and coordinate engaging events for foreign students
Receive certificates of completion for excellent contributions to the program
Make friends with foreign students, share about Vietnamese cultures and learn about other cultures
Have a funding provided by ABROADER for approved engagement activities
📍REQUIREMENTS
University students
High commitment to being available during the program, from 27th October to November 11 (Compulsory dates: Oct 27- 28, Nov 2 - Nov 3,10, 11) and available in the evening for engaging activities with international students.
Based in Hanoi with good knowledge of the city (history, culture, cuisine, landmarks)
Love culture exchange and meeting people from different parts of the world
Highly committed, responsive, and reliable
Enthusiastic, responsible, and open to learn
Language English level: intermediate
Strong leadership skills and initiative
📍WHAT YOU DO
Work with other local buddies and ABROADER team to organize local immersion activities, and some logistics tasks like venue sitechecks, airport pick-ups, see-offs, and so on!
Be a local tour guide to help the foreign interns familiarize with life in Vietnam and experience an authentically local lifestyle
Organize events to welcome and farewell interns
Create welcome & recap video for the group
