JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinates
between GaneshAID's team, country team and Gavi team;
-
Monitors
progress against the project timeline, submits deliverables and invoices;
-
Flags
issues/risks and provides possible solutions;
-
Provide
assistance to ensure projects run on time and within budget;
-
Support
stakeholder mapping and develops partner engagement plans;
- Regularly engage the Ministry of Health, EPI,
WHO, UNICEF, and academic and other implementing partners;
- Provide any other project
management related task upon request from management.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's
Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;
-
Proven
working experience in project management;
-
Experience
with project management software tools;
-
Background
in Public Health or previous experience in Public Health projects is an asset;

Experience
in working with local departments and engaging relevant national and
international stakeholders;

Excellent
command of French and English (both written and spoken);
-
Good
communications (oral and written) and presentation skills;
-
Ability
to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures;
-
Ability
to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
