MAIN DUTIES
Updating, checking, recording data and accounting as assigned
Receive, check and review the legitimacy of invoices and finance documents.
Updating information on the financial book system, recording accounting vouchers according to the organization's current financial regime.
Control project disbursement progress
Manage the system of documents and financial books according to the regulations of the Organization.
Prepare monthly/quarterly expenditure reports and other reports as required by management.
Participating in cash fund management, performing collection and payment procedures:
Manage revenue and expenditure funds, and tally cash in the fund.
Perform reconciliation, control, payment and consolidation of expenditure documents according to the organization's regulations.
Perform other tasks:
Guide finance officer at CDPs and other departments/partners in project activities to understand and comply with the Organization's financial regulations (on processing, payment process, advance payment, etc...);
Explain the data at the request of management.
Coordinate with colleagues to perform accounting tasks.
Participate in checking and auditing at CDPs as well as participate in preparing for independent audits.
Prepare work plans and work reports according to the requirement of the management levels.
Perform other tasks as required by management levels.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields
Work experience
At least 01-year relevant working experience.
INGOs working experience is preferable
Skills
Dynamic, reliable and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and work with the team;
Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
Good use of personal computer utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software programs
Attitude
Sociable, responsive, committed working with GNI at least 02 years
