Position Summary
With the company's long term vision is to open a series of premium bilingual schools, the need for conducting due diligence for the market as well as securing the financial health of the company is essential. Internally, a business analyst is in charge of providing financial and performance reports occasionally in accordance with the company's standards to help the management team make the right decisions. They rely on these reports to either strengthen our competitive areas, plan on business expansion or shrink down ineffective expenditure and business line. Externally, a business analyst needs to be attentive to market trends and competitors so True North School can strive to the market leader position.

Responsibilities and Duties
● Analyzing business outcome of the company
● Preparing presentation materials for investor relation
● Assisting in building management reports for Board of Directors
● Conducting market research in areas related to the company's business lines
● Performing ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisors

Requirements
● Bachelor degree in business, economic, finance related fields
● Fluent in verbal communication & writing English. Good writing, presentation and communication skills
● Fluent with Microsoft applications and operations, especially PowerPoint and Excel
● Able to create visually appealing, professional PPT presentation is a big plus
● Having knowledge regarding Finance is an advantage
● Strong attention to details
● Can-do attitude and teamwork
● Well organized and well planned
● Effectively communicating with various organizational functions
● Analytical mindset
