Job Responsbilities
Talent Acquisition (40%)
Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting.
Update labor market information and trends.
Promote employer branding activities and events.
Build up a talent pool.- Develop relations with recruitment partners.
Operations - Engagement - Learning & Development (60%)
Propose & develop engagement activities in order to build up a strong and positive working environment.
Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.
Introduce / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policies as well as regulations.
Assist HR Manager to build up training plans and organize them.
Support HR Manager in HR strategies regarding the short & long-term development of the employee based on HR standard programs of the company.
Plan, organize and control the administration function of the company;
Oversee office maintenance, office assets, security, cleanness;
Job Requirements
Vietnamese nationality, Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management;
At least 01 years of HR-related experience;
Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and and insurance law, PIT law; Employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc;
Hardworking, Proactive, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality.
Very energetic and passionate to engage everyone into social activities;
Good English, good skills of Microsoft office programs;
Worked in a start-up before (good to have!).
