Job description

Job Title: UX Copywriter

Location: 154 Nguyen Thai Học - Ba Dinh - Hanoi.

Working time: 8:30 AM - 6.00 PM, Monday - Friday

We're looking for a UX Copywriter, with excellent communication and writing skills, to write creative, clear and concise content for our communication and marketing initiatives. Your words will inform and engage the audience.

The most desired copywriter candidate would be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Your key roles:

Understand creative briefs from product team and deliver clear and concise content
Create copy for Mobile Notifications (App, Zalo Webstore and SMS)
Create copy for Carousel Banners (App and Zalo Webstore)
Write articles and creative content for social media channels (Contests, polls, daily tips etc.)
Refresh and continually improve content based on user feedback

Candidate background:

1-2 years of copywriting experience in a digital company
Experience with social media content and marketing is a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills
Well-versed with both English and Vietnamese
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

ABOUT TELIO:

Telio is using technology and data to build Vietnam's largest B2B commerce platform. The country's large, unorganized traditional retail sector accounts for almost 85% of FMCG sales. Telio connects small, traditional retailers with brands and wholesalers on a centralized platform. Telio belongs to one of first investments of Sequoia Capital in Vietnam's soil, and has raised total of USD 26.5 million from Tiger Global Management, Sequoia Capita India, GGV Capital and RTP Global in two financing rounds. Telio is on course to become Vietnam's largest B2B trading platform.
