JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage medium projects of new scooter models in terms of cost and timing: daily and weekly project status reports, cost management report
To meet projects' targets, Coordinate with Buyers to collect quotations, choose suppliers, monitor sample development and goods delivery
Use SAP/SRM to issue Contract, PO correct and on time; record and file documents daily and other ad hoc tasks
Proactively solve issues to meet deadlines of projects
Support on logistics for sample delivery to Piaggio Headquarter Italy
Support Commodity Buyer in collecting quotations, new component development, and monthly payment to Suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skill, teamwork, resilience
High commitment to the task/project
Prefer candidates with long-term commitment
Good in Excel, Outlook
