Handle general inquiries related to cards and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Perform tasks assigned to the Maintenance team, including but not limited to:
Card issuance services (reissuance, additional issuance, family card issuance, and manual renewal) for host 8161.
Process refunds or cancellation of fees in response to customer complaints (if any).
Manage hold/un-hold transactions (from ANZ) and handle balance-related matters for secured cards.
Register and process installment conversion requests.
Conduct appraisal for Flexi Cash applications.
Address other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations.
Respond to SMS inquiries and address related complaints (if any).
Support system enhancements when required.
Serve as a backup for the checker's role when necessary.
Conduct monthly Self-Inspection to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 2 years of experience in card services or banking.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Vietnamese is an advantage.
