Recognizing and measure risks which are burdens on the bank's management
Ensuring that internal capital adequacy and all kinds of risks are under control, and within the set up limits
Supporting the management decision based on scenario analysis and special analysis about various issues.
Prepare internal/external risk management reports and monitoring prudential ratios as assigned
Monitor risk management system including CAR, ICAAP, asset soundness and provision, etc.
Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management systems
Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required
Participate in risk management capacity improvement projects such as Basel, IFRS, ISO, etc.
Daily support branches and conduct training on risk management topics
Be responsible for other risk management related tasks
Yêu cầu
B.A or higher education in Banking, Finance, Economics;
Practical knowledge of risk management;
Skills of statistic and data analysis.
