Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function by developing, implementing, and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets specific to the education industry. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term forecasts for educational centers. Monitor budget performance and variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports tailored for the education sector, including monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in compliance with regulatory standards.
Strategic Planning: Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors regarding the opening or closure of centers based on financial feasibility studies, market analysis, and investment evaluations. Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.
Decision Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for key decisions related to educational center operations. Assess financial implications of new center openings, closures, or expansions and provide recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Experience
Required Education and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Speaking and writing fluency in English
Good operating in Excel, Power Query, Power BI
