Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function by developing, implementing, and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets specific to the education industry. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term forecasts for educational centers. Monitor budget performance and variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports tailored for the education sector, including monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in compliance with regulatory standards.
Strategic Planning: Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors regarding the opening or closure of centers based on financial feasibility studies, market analysis, and investment evaluations. Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.
Decision Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for key decisions related to educational center operations. Assess financial implications of new center openings, closures, or expansions and provide recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.

Skill Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data within the context of the education sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at the Board level.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis within the education sector.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Required Experience

Proven 3 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles within the education industry.

Required Education and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Speaking and writing fluency in English
Good operating in Excel, Power Query, Power BI
