Job Description
1. Perform Operation & Development tasks for business related to
• Card Business (Credit/Debit)
• Internet Banking/Mobile Banking (SOL App)
• ATM, Visa/Master Card Instant Issuance and services in ATM
• Cash Management System ( Firm Banking, Virtual account, School Banking).
• Payment Service (E-wallet, Bill payment, E-commerce) & Reconciliation business.
• Other tasks assigned by Leaders
2. Perform Daily/Monthly Operation Support
• Fund Transfer System: CITAD, VCBMoney
• State Budget Collection System: ETAX/ECUS
• Exchange Rate Display
• Support Branches/TOs for end-of-month tasks
• Systems Daily checking report
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor in IT network
• At least 1 year experience, prefer working in banking environment
• Being able to understand and work with CCNA, MCSA, LPI, VM-Ware Hyper-V
• Good communication
• Customer service oriented
• Willing to learn and support
• Teamwork spirit
• English communication, Korean is a plus.
