Translation and communication bilingual Vietnamese - Chinese (sometimes English - Chinese)
Support BOD's general affairs, administrative tasks i.e: booking hotel, flight, car, arrange meeting and making MOM, etc.
Support BOD to review/comment on documents or reports prepared by company staffs if so required.
Support company staffs to communicate, report, submit documents to BOD for review and approval.
Maintain recording and updating to BOD of all related and/or assigned tasks if so required.
Workplace: The candidate will be working on the Phú Hưng Khang Project in Hòa Bình City (near Hanoi). The company provides a shuttle bus service to transport employees
Working time: Mon-Fri
Yêu cầu
Education: University Degree - Faculty of Chinese language.
- Certificate HSK 5 or above is a plus.
Experience): Over 05 years, and at least 02 years working in foreign company using Chinese or work as assistant of Chinese experts.
Specialized skills: Chinese language - Immediate to Advance level of 04 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
- Good use of office tools and software (i.e.: Microsoft office - Word, Excel & Power Point)
