Position Purpose and Summary
Principal Accountabilities
- Monitoring customer claim about Daikin product in the market
- Be window to receive claim information from customer through investigation report of after sales service or data system
- Be window to contact/ communicate with factory (QC/ R&D) for investigating product problem
- Releasing service news (Technical know-how) to concern department
- Organizing face to face meeting/ TVC meeting with Daikin factory
- Opportunity for business trip to learn technical know-how of Daikin afflilates

Educational Qualifications/ Technical Skills
- Male (23 - 26 ages) - Bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering/ Heat & Refrigeration Engineering or relevant fields - Have at least 1 years of experience in air conditioning or related field - Good command of English written and spoken (TOEIC from 550 upwards is preferable) - Have Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) + Good communication, friendly, outgoing, adaptability, coorperative + Good problem solving and analytical skills
