Welcome and carry out check-in and check-out procedures for customers.
Provide information about the hotel's hotline and convenient services.
Clean rooms periodically according to regulations and assigned schedules. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas and other common spaces and public areas.
Immediately report customer problems or complaints to management if no remedial measures have been taken.
Promptly detect loss and damage and immediately report to management for handling.
Carry out detailed and complete handover after shift.
Check, preserve, and store equipment, tools, and utensils neatly and cleanly in the right place.
Yêu cầu
Graduated 12/12 and related degree.
Have 3-6 months experience in receptionist, guest relation, customer service, concierge in 3-5 star hotel/resort scale.
Proficient in English communication.
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support
